About 22 years ago I rode my first recumebent bike. I nearly killed myself and fell in LOVE!! Finally, this year, I bought my first recumbent bike. Now the race is on to get back in control of my weight, to get fit so I can keep up with my kids, and, most of all, to have fun!!!
Old man winter has returned to the Rockies. He's not returned with a vengence, just with enought vigor to be uncomfortable. The lazy Guy has let this discourage him from riding, two days in a row.
